As a Armed Security Officer - Secure Site in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a premier financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first and values innovative service.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points, while remaining prepared to serve in an armed post capacity when assigned.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help support access control procedures, verify credentials when required, and report unusual activity or policy violations.
• Assist with de-escalation, follow post orders, and coordinate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders during incidents or emergency situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card/license is required.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
