Quality Control Technician

Summary of Position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to support the Quality Department in daily issue tracking, defect part handling, and lab test assistance. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality and ensuring accurate data management across production processes.

EHS

• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment
• Meets company safety goals 

Technical:

• Collect, organize, and report daily quality issue data across production lines
• Maintain and update quality tracking systems and dashboards
• Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action processes for quality issues
• Assist in cross-functional meetings and improvement workshops (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone, 8D)
• Support the preparation of internal and customer-facing quality reports and presentations
• Assist in documenting process changes and quality improvements
• Participate in on-site inspections, audits, rework and data collection activities
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support real-time issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company quality standards
• Provides service at Hyundai Transys Georgia Seating System, LLC plant; coordinate all the activities needed for the implementation of containment
