IT Operations Lead [Tier 3] - Senior

Everforth ECS is seeking a IT Operations Lead [Tier 3] - Senior to work in Fairfax, Virginia. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

 

Responsibilities

• Lead Tier 3 operational support activities for enterprise infrastructure and network services.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate and manage cross-domain troubleshooting initiatives.
• Validate root cause analyses and develop remediation plans for recurring issues.
• Supervise and mentor Tier 3 technicians, ensuring compliance with operational procedures.
• Monitor and report on performance trends to infrastructure leadership.
• Collaborate with network, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to enhance service resilience.
• Ensure adherence to service-level objectives and operational standards.
• Analyze incident patterns to recommend infrastructure improvements.
