LindenGrove Mukwonago has an exciting new opportunity for a Concierge / Receptionist. This is a highly visible position and will be the first person anyone entering our building sees. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong clerical abilities, professionalism, and reliability.

This position is Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm

Dress Attire: Business Casual



ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Establish and enhance all impressions and encounters with residents, family members, and visitors.
  • Maintain and actively promote effective communication with residents and family members/personal representatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining a positive image of Illuminus/LindenGrove in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Greet and direct visitors, answer telephone and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Assist with employee and resident cash transactions.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare bulk outgoing mail.
  • Accept resident payments and forward to Illuminus via postal service.
  • Manage campus phone lines and phone listings as well as other resident directory information.
  • Distribute resident status forms and on-call lists.
  • Collect and maintain admission documentation
  • Manage copy machine repairs order toner and office supplies.
  • Perform typing and other clerical duties for the administrative staff.
  • Maintain and destroy office records according to records retention policy.
  • Take new resident photos and download to chart. 
  • Create flyers for staff and resident events. 
  • Process deliveries to appropriate departments. 
  • Scheduling: resident medical appointments and coordinate transportation
  • Perform other similar duties, as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Commitment to quality programs and services for all residents and patients.
  • Upbeat and personable communicator with strong customer service skills
  • Ability to relate well to the residents/patients, families, staff and the community in general.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with other members of the team
  • Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Tolerance of interruptions and ability to be flexible with daily routine
  • Reliable and Dependable

EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • High School diploma
  • 2-3 years experience in a customer service role
  • Word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
  • Typing and filing abilities.
