Job Description
Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or creative design, with demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance creative efficiency and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Development & Visual Storytelling
- Conceptualize and deliver high-quality visual communication assets aligned with global marketing and business objectives.
- Design original creative assets including campaign visuals, infographics, illustrations, digital ads, presentations, and brand collateral.
- Translate complex ideas into compelling visual narratives that drive engagement and brand impact.
- Create integrated campaign designs adaptable across digital, print, social, and multimedia platforms.
AI-Driven Creative Design
- Lead the adoption and integration of AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow to improve speed, scalability, innovation, and productivity.
- Leverage generative AI platforms for creating high-quality visual assets including images, videos, presentations, digital campaigns, and social media creatives.
- Apply effective prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI-generated outputs and refine them into brand-ready assets.
- Establish best practices for ethical, responsible, and brand-compliant use of generative AI in design processes.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with global and regional marketing, communication, and business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into impactful design solutions.
- Contribute proactively with innovative creative concepts that elevate global marketing and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver strategic, high-impact creative solutions aligned with campaign goals.
Branding & Design Systems
- Build, maintain, and evolve visual identity systems and editorial design frameworks.
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
- Develop scalable templates and reusable design assets to improve efficiency and consistency.
Performance & Delivery Excellence
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, speed, and adherence to deadlines.
- Measure creative performance and campaign effectiveness using data and insights to optimize future outputs.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through automation and AI-enabled processes.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Act as a creative design specialist and thought partner for the team.
- Mentor junior designers on design excellence, emerging trends, and AI-enabled creative workflows.
- Drive experimentation and continuous improvement in design practices.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years of related experience.
- A background in Dangerous goods configuration and management exposure is a must have.
- Ability to lead projects with an end-to-end view into planning, organization and execution
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- High level of motivation, self-starter, excellent at follow-up, team-player with ability to deliver within defined timelines, work under limited supervision and oversight
- Willing to travel periodically based on business need
