Ensure Plant is running without any unsafe condition or environment
Implement Safety related SOPs at working places inside Plant
Ensure that Risk Assessment is properly been followed at the plant before performing any non routine activity
Daily Inspection of equipments and machinery and report in case of any maintenance requirement to Plant Manager
Periodic check on Transit Mixers and Pumps and ensure they are in good condition/TM checklist.
Monitoring progress of BU improvement plan for Plant
Analyzing GAP in Safety Std Vs Actual situation at Plant like LOTOTO, working at Height, confined space etc. and its improvement thru training
Proper reporting of unsafe act/unsafe condition and its analysis
