You have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating bid projects, as well as for managing technical and interdisciplinary project teams.
You are responsible for proposal costs, and your project budget, including associated calculations.
You analyze customer requirements, coordinate the systems design, and identify/evaluate project risks
You handed the detailed planning of proposal preparation ( bid strategy, schedule, proposal costs, and target price)
You organize and lead proposal milestone meetings and present your project status to management
