What You’ll Be Doing:
- Bring the Blueprints to Life: Use your technical savvy to transform complex specs and blueprints into finished iron.
- Get Hands-On: Flex those skills using a variety of hand tools to build cool parts from the ground up.
- Quality Gatekeeper: You’ve got the final say. Run quality checks to make sure every part leaving your station is "Standard Iron" perfect.
- Eagle Eye for Detail: Spot a defect? Call it out. We’re about precision, not "good enough."
- Stay Sharp & Safe: Keep your workspace dialed in and safe by following the playbook (company policies).
- Team Player: Communicate like a pro and help the crew cross the finish line every day.
- The Basics: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent life experience.
- Experience: If you’ve done assembly before, that’s a huge plus. If not, you better be ready to learn fast.
- Blueprint Literacy: You can read a technical drawing like it’s a Sunday comic.
- Precision: You notice the little things that others miss.
