Mission Details
• Business Development: Support Regional Sales Manager with solution selling into current account base as well as expanding New Business Developments (NBDs). To provide regular Sales Reporting.
• Sales Support: Provide technical consultancy such as product recommendations and support machine trials to current/new customers/applications. Conduct competitive analysis to find selling point.
• Technical Support: Visit key customers and distributors routinely to understand their requirements and provide them timely technical support.
• Product and Application Training: Provide technical training to customers to improve their knowledge of our complete product range and improve their troubleshooting capabilities.
• Customer Complaint Handling: Work with customer service, sales, R&D, and QA to resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Provide detailed technical reports of customer trials/visits and laboratory trials/testing. Proactively work to coordinate technical issues with global expert teams.
• System and Procedures: Comply 100% with EHS and Quality management system policies and requirements.
