Job Title: Car Wash Lead

Job Summary:
The Car Wash Lead is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance of all equipment and partial cleaning of customer vehicles. The attendant is expected to provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards and that customers are satisfied with the service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Cleaning: Wash the back of vehicle as it begins to enter the car wash.
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions about services offered, assist as needed, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain car wash equipment, including hoses, vacuums, pressure washers, and buffers. Ability to conduct basic repairs on all equipment and immediately report any major equipment malfunctions to the Site Manager.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- General Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash area.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies such as cleaning products, towels, and other necessary items.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to appearance, punctuality, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: Previous experience in a car wash or automotive service environment is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions.
