Oracle HCM Lead

The Oracle HCM Lead is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of Seadrill’s Oracle Fusion HCM platform. This role serves as the primary system expert and functional support partner for HR and IT, ensuring platform stability, accurate data, appropriate security access, and effective delivery of enhancements, quarterly updates, and break/fix resolution.
