Job Description

The Service Lead’s daily primary objective is to assist the Branch Manager and/or Service Manager with shop flow and service quality to ensure timely, accurate service and repair to the rental and delivery fleet. Prioritize and assign repairs of all “downed” equipment to ensure it is quickly brought back into service within company guidelines. The position also consists of performing regular preventative maintenance and major repairs approximately 75% of the time. Ensure that all mechanics properly and timely complete documentation, monitor part orders and expenses. Monitor and provide appropriate safety, process, and technical performance and training. Provide frequent feedback to service leadership on shop activities
