$83K base +$5,000 annual program premium + $5K first year bonus! Nurse Supervisor ensures operations, under the direction/supervision Nurse Manager of the CrisisCare Center. Effectively and efficiently fosters a calm & welcoming atmosphere. Oversees the Respite Unit, Crisis Stabilization Unit & Med Room while supporting staff to perform their duties safely, effectively & timely. Ensures continuous workflow processes leading to consumer engagement, rapid access & admission to services, consumer satisfaction & staff effectiveness. Family & Children's Services utilizes the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model of care. As a member of a multi-disciplinary care team, you will successfully support clients by providing whole person care with this transformative model.
