Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Float

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) who is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive medical care to patients. This position is responsible for providing float coverage to outpatient community health centers throughout Ohio. When not providing float coverage this position will assist with timely management of in basket functions, such as patient messages and medication refill requests, for medical providers across the five Equitas Health Centers.
