What will you do?
The purpose of this position is to effectively deal with customer queries regarding individual insurance and investments. The promotion of the SanlamAllianz brand through outstanding client service and finalising of policy administration tasks within service level agreement.

Qualification and Experience
School leaving certificate
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a client service environment
Experience in the life insurance industry will be an added advantage
Knowledge and Skills
Absolute proficiency in English (verbal and written)
One local Namibian language will be an added advantage
Product knowledge and operating systems of all products on Legacy, SanlamAllianz Affluent products; Entry Level
Market products and SanlamAllianz Funeral on TE and Santam Product, Class and Regent.
Unit trust forms completion and basic understanding of system & products.
Basic understanding of SanlamAllianz Personal Portfolio (SP2) and SanlamAllianz RSA life insurance products
Communication Skills
Computer literate: Microsoft Office; Outlook
