This role will support certification processes such as MODA, BSMI, and NCC, including in-country testing requirements, labeling rules, factory audit support when needed, and monitoring evolving regulatory developments to ensure a proactive compliance posture.

Key responsibilities include maintaining relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders, tracking and participating in technical regulatory developments, assessing regulatory impact and communicating updates to business units, and supporting product compliance activities such as in-country lab testing, project management, database maintenance, customer inquiries, and day-to-day CCH operations.

This position requires a strong technical foundation combined with excellent communication and program management skills.

Key Capabilities

  • Knowledge of ICT product compliance standards and regulations, including safety, EMC, radio, telecommunications, and cybersecurity.

  • Familiarity with certification processes under MODA, BSMI, and NCC.

  • Experience with relevant ICT products, with the technical ability to support lab setup, testing activities, and documentation management, ensuring compliance databases remain accurate and up to date.

  • Ability to engage cross-functionally (e.g., with Government Affairs) and participate in industry forums to monitor emerging regulatory and technical requirements.

  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to assess risks and coordinate resources effectively.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5–8 years of experience in ICT product compliance or test engineering.

  • Solid understanding of compliance domains including cybersecurity, safety, EMC, telecom, radio standards, labeling, and import/customs requirements.

  • Experience with enterprise networking or ICT products; hands-on equipment experience is an advantage. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with proficiency in both Chinese and English.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and approach problem-solving analytically.

  • Demonstrated project management capability.
