This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling enterprise cybersecurity and identity engineering capabilities across a global, highly regulated financial environment. You will define and execute the security engineering strategy, ensuring robust protection of critical infrastructure, applications, and sensitive client data. Operating at the intersection of engineering, risk, and compliance, you will lead 24/7 global cybersecurity and IAM operations while driving modernization through automation, Zero Trust principles, and cloud-native security practices. This role requires deep technical expertise paired with strong executive leadership, with accountability for both strategic direction and operational resilience. You will collaborate closely with product, technology, risk, audit, and compliance teams to ensure secure-by-design systems and regulatory alignment.
