What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to act as the primary growth partner for our SDR and Commercial Sales leadership. Your mission is to build the "Commercial Sales Muscle Memory" of the organization. You will be responsible for reducing ramp time, ensuring every rep hits their PG targets, and creating a repeatable playbook that scales our outbound and inbound motions.
Key Outcomes & Impact
Accelerate Productivity: Directly reduce ramp time and performance variance for new SDRs and Commercial AEs through structured 30/60/90-day programs.
Drive Pipeline: Partner with leadership to hit aggressive PG targets, meeting quotas, and opportunity creation metrics.
Scale the Playbook: Transition tribal knowledge into a world-class Commercial Sales Playbook that defines how we win.
Execution Excellence: Standardize pipeline hygiene, activity levels, and stage progression across the Commercial segment.
Core Responsibilities
Program Design & Onboarding
Design and execute role-specific onboarding and 30/60/90-day success plans tailored to the unique needs of SDRs and Commercial AEs.
Bridge the gap between "hired" and "productive" by certifying reps on product knowledge, persona-based selling, and our tech stack.
Playbook & Content Development
Collaborate with Sales Leadership to build and maintain the Commercial Sales Playbook.
Own the "At-Bats": Create and optimize outbound/inbound sequences, talk tracks, email templates, and objection-handling guides.
Implement and reinforce qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, BANT) to ensure high-quality pipeline.
Managerial Coaching & Leadership Support
Enable SDR and Commercial Managers on how to coach. Provide them with call-coaching guides, 1:1 frameworks, and performance dashboards.
Lead weekly pipeline and activity reviews to ensure execution standards (coverage, progression, and hygiene) are met.
Tech Stack & AI Integration
Partner with Enablement Ops to embed tool workflows (CRM, SEP, Intelligence tools) into daily rep behavior.
Identify and implement AI use cases to streamline prospecting and personalize outreach at scale.
Analytics & Partnership
Act as the "Daily Working Partner" to Sales Leadership (Helen & Team) to identify performance gaps in real-time.
Work with RevOps to tie every enablement program back to core KPIs: Pipe Gen, conversion rates, and revenue.
What You’ll Bring
The Experience: 3+ years in Sales Enablement and a top-performing SDR/AE background with a proven knack for coaching and process building.
The "Builder" Mentality: You enjoy starting from scratch. You don't just run programs; you design the architecture behind them.
The Tactical Edge: You know what a "good" cold call sounds like and what a "great" sequence looks like. You can write high-converting copy and teach others to do the same.
Data-Driven: You don’t move without metrics. You understand how enablement activities correlate to pipeline health.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong). Experience with AI-assisted prospecting is a major plus.

Our compensation structure is designed to be fair, competitive, and transparent, ensuring that every team member is recognized and compensated equitably across roles, levels, and locations.
In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $149,850 - $185,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
