This role represents an outstanding opportunity to join the Barnes Aerospace West Chester Site as Continuous Improvement Manager. This position is responsible driving a step change in business performance through the deployment of operational excellence principles, systems, and tools. This role serves as a key business partner to site leadership, leading the strategy and execution of continuous improvement initiatives across the facility. This includes continuously improving the organizational change management required to support and sustain profitable growth through engagement of all employees at the site.
