You identify training needs across the organization and assist in preparing and structuring the overall training plan
You support the organization and coordination of training sessions, including collaboration with external providers when required
You prepare presentations, reports, and analysis documents to support decision-making and transparency
You assist in the creation and development of e‑learning content and digital training formats
You contribute to projects within the Development area and collaborate closely with the global P&C Learning & Development team
