Job Description
This role will serve as the primary support analyst for 3rd party package systems; primarily support FIIX. This person will assist in creating and maintaining standard reports, managing changes in application functionality, maintaining account/job creation process, and monitoring security access within FIIX. This person will be a key liaison between the engineering department and other departments. They will be expected to develop and maintain business SME knowledge regarding the systems they are supporting to better assist the business teams. Lastly this person will be involved in other projects and support other areas of the business as needed.
