About the role
Reporting to the Project Lead East, this role is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of projects across the Fuels & Energy East portfolio. You will play a key role in leading project delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved across scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while supporting the broader line of business.
You will act as a central point of coordination across multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and clients, driving alignment and successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets
- Establish and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across all levels
- Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proactive risk identification and mitigation
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project resources
- Ensure compliance with UGL HSE standards and champion a strong safety culture
- Manage contract requirements, variations, and subcontractor performance
- Provide accurate reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Mentor and support project engineers and junior team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Project Management
- 10+ years’ experience in project delivery within oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or related sectors
- Strong experience in project execution, commercial management, and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
