Hospital Volunteer (12669)

Cullman Regional is seeking friendly, dependable volunteers to support hospital operations and enhance the patient and visitor experience.

Volunteers will assist in reception and runner roles by providing wayfinding assistance, responding to non-clinical requests, delivering items throughout the hospital, and supporting staff with basic operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors
• Provide directions and wayfinding assistance
• Deliver non-medical items throughout the facility
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Volunteers serve in a non-clinical capacity and are not permitted to provide patient care or perform clinical duties.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
