About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our After Sales team, supporting customers across the Nordic region (Norway, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland).
This is a back‑office role, focused on handling returns, delivery queries, and financial after‑sales processes, while acting as a strong advocate for the customer within TD SYNNEX.
What You’ll Do
• Manage after‑sales cases related to returns, deliveries, and invoicing using internal systems
• Investigate customer queries, including incorrect deliveries, return eligibility, approvals, and rejections
• Communicate with customers primarily via email, ensuring clear and professional case resolution
• Administer credit notes and financial adjustments in line with company procedures
• Use tools such as the After Sales Tool and RMT to track and resolve customer cases
• Ensure accurate handling of cases in line with service level agreements
What We’re Looking For
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Fluent Czech and fluent English, with daily written communication with Nordic customers
• Confident computer literacy, including MS Office, email communication, and case‑handling systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong written communication skills
• SAP R/3 knowledge is nice to have
