Job Summary:

The Revenue Cycle, Compliance and Audit Coordinator will oversee the day to day functions of Pharm Tech- Reimb Specialists. This includes both Accts Payable and Accts Receivable functions. This coordinator role will also be responsible for all third party audits, store compliance with state laws and out of state laws where applicable. This position will also report to Ambulatory Management on any process improvement findings discovered through the assigned duties. Functions within the guidelines of Chapter 7 of the Wisconsin Statutes and Administrative Code -Pharmacy Examining Board -Pharmacy Practice Sections. Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five years of progressively responsible experience as a pharmacy technician is required. Experience with third party insurances including but not limited to Medicare and Medicaid is required.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Associates degree is required. Bachelors degree is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Proven attention to detail. Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to analyze EOB (Explanation of Benefits) statements. Experience with various computer systems and programs, including Microsoft Office suite of products. Ability to learn new computer systems quickly. Knowledge of accounting functions highly desirable.

LICENSURE DESCRIPTION:

Certification through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) or National Healthcare Association (ExCPT) is required within 6 months of hire.
