Job Description
Serves as the clinical education and competency expert for the District, ensuring all staff are prepared to deliver safe, evidence-based care through onboarding, ongoing education, competency validation support, and change-driven training. Providing at-the-elbow clinical coaching and instruction, the Clinical Nurse Educator delivers in-service programs, supports annual mandatory clinical education, and serves as a clinical subject matter expert and approval authority for nursing education content in assigned specialty areas. Serves as Director of the Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) Program and ensures all instruction is properly designed and delivered.
