Home Health Registered Nurse High Tech Visits (Broward County FL,)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Start of Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team. This role is primarily responsible for completing Start of Care (SOC) admissions, comprehensive patient assessments, and developing individualized Plans of Care in accordance with physician orders and agency guidelines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient-centered care throughout the Treasure Coast area
