GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Primary responsibility is to accurately and efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. Responsible for maintaining dish machine in proper working order. Assists with cleaning other area of the kitchen, and/or restaurant as requested.
