Job Description
The Alumni Engagement & Advancement Operations Manager provides strategic leadership for Alumni Engagement while delivering centralized operational support for the Office of Institutional Advancement. This dual-function role strengthens lifelong alumni relationships in support of the University’s Catholic and Franciscan mission and ensures effective coordination and execution of alumni and advancement initiatives. The position balances outward-facing alumni engagement and volunteer leadership with internal advancement operations, contributing to cohesive programming, strong institutional identity, and efficient advancement operations. This position reports to the Director of Development and works closely with Marketing, Communications, and Alumni Association Leadership.
