
Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst – Incentive Modeling & ICM Required (Hybrid, Duluth, GA)
Job Description
This senior, hands‑on role focuses on incentive plan design, modeling, and ICM execution, with a clear path to Manager. The role partners closely with Sales and Finance to translate AOPs, quotas, and targets into effective incentive plans, build payout and cost models, and own plan logic within ICM platforms (Varicent, Xactly, SPIFF). This position requires strong ownership of plan build, modeling, and post‑go‑live fixes. Accounting experience is a plus, but the priority is incentive modeling, plan logic, and system execution.
