Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar in King of Prussia is looking for a passionate, high-energy Sous Chef to help lead a fast-paced, polished kitchen focused on great food, strong culture, and exceptional hospitality.

We’re looking for someone who leads from the front, thrives under pressure, and knows how to motivate a team while maintaining high culinary standards.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support daily kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
• Lead and develop the kitchen team
• Drive food quality, consistency, and execution
• Manage inventory, prep, food safety, and kitchen organization
• Help create a positive, high-performing team culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous kitchen leadership experience
• Strong line and high-volume experience
• Organized, dependable, and hands-on leadership style
• Passion for hospitality and team development

REQUIREMENTS

• Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
• Routine standing for duration of shift
• Safely Maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery: Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
• Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
