Responsibilities
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order picking.
- Perform order picking tasks while adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and mechanical knowledge.
- Handle materials with care, ensuring that heavy lifting is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, particularly in roles involving order picking and materials handling.
- Familiarity with operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
