The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. This role is for a marketing communications professional who is passionate about the customer journey, enjoys translating complex scientific concepts into compelling stories, and is motivated to apply modern tools, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness and business impact.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications, North America and is part of the Marketing department and will be fully remote in the U.S.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Own the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, defining campaign, channel, and audience strategy across digital (web, social, email) and traditional platforms (events, tradeshows, media) to achieve business and performance goals.
Create compelling, audience‑focused content that translates complex scientific solutions into clear marketing narratives, engaging customers across the full buyer journey.
Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, growth initiatives, and commercial execution.
Manage campaign budgets and performance reporting, applying data, ROI insights, and AI‑enabled marketing tools to optimize targeting, content effectiveness, and investment decisions.
Drive continuous improvement through learning and application of the Danaher Business System (DBS), contributing to the overall success and innovation of the marketing organization.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Typically, 6+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute campaign, channel, and audience strategies in cross‑functional, matrixed environments.
- Proven project management skills, with experience independently coordinating complex, multi‑channel marketing initiatives across stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables using digital workflow tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Demonstrated use of modern marketing technologies (e.g. HubSpot) and AI-driven tools for efficiency and personalization.
- Strong writing skills, with experience translating complex scientific concepts into clear, audience‑appropriate marketing narratives.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel approximately 20% to key internal meetings, tradeshows and events.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 15lb.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in life science, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Experience with analytics/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI).
- Familiarity with creative tools (Adobe suite).

The salary range for this role is $110,000-135,000 annually. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
