Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst is a hands-on individual contributor within the FP&A function for Lifespark Senior Living, responsible for supporting financial visibility, analytical infrastructure, and critical reporting that leadership depends on to manage performance and make sound decisions across a portfolio of 50+ senior living communities. This role carries a high volume of recurring reporting and forecasting responsibilities; success requires a high degree of accuracy, strong organizational discipline under consistent deadline pressures, and comfort building and maintaining complex financial models at scale.
