Job Description
Part-Time Hotel Operations Associate (Housekeeping + Front Desk + Light Maintenance)
| Weekends + Flexible Coverage
Looking for a hands-on, reliable team member with housekeeping experience and basic handyman skills who can also step in and support the front desk when needed.
👉 If you can clean rooms, handle minor fixes, and assist guests when needed, this role is for you.
About the Role
This is a hybrid, hands-on position where:
- Housekeeping is the primary responsibility
- You will also be expected to support the front desk when needed
- You will assist with basic maintenance and overall operations
👉 This is not a desk-only role — flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping (Primary)
- Clean guest rooms to brand standards
- Assist with stayovers, checkouts, and inspections
- Support laundry operations
Front Desk Coverage (Required When Needed)
- Fill in for the front desk during call-outs, vacations, or coverage gaps
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence
Operations / Houseman Duties
- Maintain public areas (trash, floors, supplies)
- Assist with linen and room readiness
- Support overall hotel operations
Light Maintenance (Highly Desired)
- Handle basic fixes (minor plumbing, small repairs, troubleshooting)
- Report and assist with maintenance needs
- Help keep the property safe and functional
What We’re Looking For
- Housekeeping or cleaning experience (required)
- Comfortable with front desk responsibilities when needed
- Basic handyman or maintenance skills (strongly preferred)
- Reliable, dependable, and able to step in during coverage gaps
- Comfortable with physical work (cleaning, lifting, etc.)
- Team player with a “I’ll handle it” mindset
Schedule
- Part-time (primarily weekends)
- Must be flexible and available to assist with coverage when needed
- Ability to step in for front desk shifts when required is essential

- Can switch between cleaning rooms and assisting guests
- Is dependable and flexible
- Doesn’t mind staying active throughout the shift
