Job Description
We are seeking Vendor Managers to support various business spend categories. You will play a pivotal role in building strong, high-value vendor partnerships that help drive business success. You will lead vendor performance management, strengthen key relationships, and ensure contract compliance while advancing operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you will use KPIs, SLAs, and scorecards to measure performance, uncover opportunities for improvement, and help vendors deliver their best. You will also bring sound judgment in risk management and dispute resolution, while building trust-based partnerships, enhancing governance practices, optimizing processes, and aligning vendor services with business strategy to support the successful delivery of organizational objectives.
