Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, operate, and optimize the enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across data centers, branch locations, and cloud environments.
- Lead day to day network operations and lifecycle management, including routing, switching, WAN/LAN, wireless, monitoring, upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Ensure network reliability and resiliency, proactively identifying issues, leading root cause analysis, and maintaining redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and escalation support, setting standards, mentoring junior staff, and guiding vendors and managed service providers.
- Partner with infrastructure, application, and business teams to plan and implement network changes that support enterprise initiatives and minimize operational impact.
- Evaluate and implement new networking technologies and tools, driving continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate documentation.
