AT A GLANCE:

Broad River Retail is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to join the team as an Executive Administrative (EA) Partner. This role reports directly to the President & Chief Operating Officer (COO) and provides high-level operational support including strategic calendar management, complex travel and meeting coordination, social media strategy execution, report preparation, financial data analysis, and stakeholder relations. The Executive Administrative (EA) Partner must be detail-oriented with superior organizational capabilities and written communication skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates advanced proficiency with technology and social media platforms, brings a proactive and energetic approach, and excels at managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS THIS MEMORY MAKER:

  • Partner with the President & COO to optimize all aspects of their daily operations and strategic priorities.
  • Orchestrate complex calendar management: coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including invitations, venue logistics, technology setup, transportation, catering, and preparation of strategic materials and agendas.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy by creating and publishing original, high-quality content for the President & COO's personal platforms where/as requested.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive leadership, BRR staff, and external stakeholders, managing communications with discretion and professionalism while directing inquiries to appropriate channels.
  • Streamline executive operations by managing administrative workflows and enabling leadership focus on strategic initiatives.
  • Drive meeting effectiveness by preparing agendas and briefings, documenting decisions, and ensuring timely execution of action items.
  • Deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences by professionally greeting guests and customers across all channels and responding to inquiries with expertise.
  • Safeguard organizational integrity by maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and operating units under the President & COO.
  • Generate actionable insights through data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
  • Maintain institutional knowledge by designing and managing comprehensive filing and retrieval systems, documenting meeting outcomes, and organizing secure digital repositories in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Optimize office operations by managing supply chain logistics, evaluating new solutions, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Contribute to organizational success through flexible support of emerging priorities and initiatives.
  • Work directly with the President & COO to support all aspects of their daily routines. 
  • All other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated ability to create compelling reports and presentations
  • Superior verbal and written communication across all professional contexts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
  • Proven social media content creation and platform management experience
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with positive, collaborative approach
  • Advanced calendar management and complex travel coordination experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time effectively
  • Skilled at managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Writing, Reporting, and Presentation Skills

WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT:

  • Physical requirements such as repetitive bending, lifting, and squatting. Extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Able to drive to travel to company locations as necessary
  • Be able to routinely lift 15 lbs. alone, or team lift heavier pieces
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and/or electronically
  • Monday through Friday work schedule
  • Report to Fort Mill, SC corporate office with hybrid role as an option
