Beattie Pet Hospital – Stoney Creek is a busy, hybrid veterinary hospital providing both general practice care during the day and 24/7 emergency services. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) who is confident, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced emergency and general practice setting. 

 

About the role: 

  • Work within both general practice and emergency caseloads  
  • Assist with urgent and routine exams, procedures, and surgeries  
  • Monitor anesthesia and provide critical patient care  
  • Respond to walk-in emergencies and high-acuity cases  
  • Perform diagnostics including lab work, imaging, and ultrasounds  
  • Advocate for patient care and support Fear Free handling principles  
  • Work closely with a collaborative veterinary team in a dynamic environment  

 

Schedule: 

  • 12-hour shifts  
  • Rotating schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and nights  
  • Must be flexible and comfortable with emergency caseloads
