This role supports the setup, execution, and breakdown of high‑quality audio-visual experiences across the property. The AV Support Technician ensures meetings, events, and group programs run smoothly by providing reliable technical support and responsive service
- Set up, test, operate, and break down audio visual equipment for meetings, events, and group programs
- Provide on‑site support for microphones, speakers, projectors, televisions, and presentation systems
- Troubleshoot basic AV issues during live events to ensure minimal disruption and a seamless guest experience
- Collaborate with internal departments, sales teams, and group leaders to understand and deliver event requirements
- Assist with maintaining, organizing, and inventorying AV equipment and storage areas
- Participate in site visits, event walk‑throughs, and pre‑event preparation as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous AV or technical experience is preferred, but not required.
· Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work with staff in all levels of the hotel to ensure the ultimate guest/colleague satisfaction.
· Professional demeanor, with exceptional verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
· Must be flexible with scheduling. Weekends or on call may be required.
· Ability to work in an agile environment
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
2 years of related IT experience.
