Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide updates on order status, shipping, and delivery timelines.
  • Resolve complaints and issues related to orders, shipments, or inventory.
  • Process incoming orders accurately using warehouse management systems.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure order accuracy and fulfillment.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate packing slips, shipping labels, and inventory reports.
  • Work closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
  • Support project planning and execution related to warehouse operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies in customer service or warehouse processes.
  • Propose and implement solutions to enhance service quality.
