AI Business School is looking for an experienced and engaged Professor of Global Sports Management and Athlete Representation to join our growing faculty.

In this role, you will design and teach courses in sports management, athlete branding, sponsorships, and international expansion, helping participants understand both the business and the human side of professional sports. You will bring real-world insight into the classroom through your own experience and collaborations with sports organizations, agencies, and brands. You will also mentor participants and support them in developing the skills needed to succeed in the global sports business.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing and teaching courses in sports management, athlete representation, and global brand strategy. The role involves guiding participants through real-world cases involving sponsorships, marketing, and athlete career development while ensuring that the learning experience remains connected to the realities of today’s sports industry. You will also collaborate with industry partners to bring relevant examples and guest perspectives into the classroom.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with solid experience in sports management, athlete representation, or sports marketing, ideally from an international context. You might come from academia, sports law, brand management, or agency work — what matters most is your ability to connect strategy, creativity, and commercial understanding. A background in sports marketing, athlete relations, or business development is valuable. Strong communication skills in English and an international outlook are essential.
