Renewable Energy Solution Manager
Czech Republic, Prague
About the Role
We are looking for a PV & ESS Solution Manager to support the design of photovoltaic and energy storage solutions for utility-scale projects in the Czech market. This role focuses mainly on technical solution design, presales support, customer communication, and coordination during project delivery.
Main Responsibilities
Design integrated PV + ESS technical solutions for utility-scale projects
Prepare technical proposals, system architectures, and bidding documentation
Support customer meetings, workshops, and technical presentations
Perform feasibility analysis, performance evaluation, and techno-economic assessments
Provide technical support during commissioning and delivery phases
Track market trends, standards, and competitor solutions in PV and ESS
Deliver technical training to partners and internal teams
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience in photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems, power electronics, or related renewable energy sectors
Good understanding of PV, ESS, PCS, EMS, and grid-connection requirements
Experience with technical solution design, feasibility analysis, and customer-facing technical support
Strong communication and presentation skills
Czech language at advanced level; English is an advantage
Good command of MS Office; experience with simulation/design tools is a plus
