Structural / Architectural Supervisor La Spezia

ISS International S.p.A. is currently looking for a Structural / Architectural Supervisor to join an important Oil & Gas development project based in the La Spezia area, Italy.

The selected professional will support the supervision and coordination of structural and architectural construction activities related to industrial or offshore-type facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and construction quality standards.

The role includes follow-up of structural steel works, platforms, supports, module-related activities, architectural finishes, cladding, insulation, interfaces with other disciplines, and support to punch listing and final walkdowns.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or other relevant discipline

• At least 8 years of experience in the relevant discipline after graduation

• Proven experience in structural and architectural supervision within industrial, Oil & Gas, offshore module, or comparable project environments

• Good knowledge of structural steel erection, supports, platforms, access systems, cladding, insulation, and architectural finishes

• Familiarity with applicable construction and welding standards

• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, layouts, and construction detail drawings

• Experience in coordination with piping, electrical, HVAC, painting, and other site disciplines

• Exposure to module construction, offshore buildings, living quarters, control rooms, or similar facilities is a plus

• Good command of English

• Duration: 1 year, renewable

• Working schedule: 8 hours/day – 5 days/week

• Work mode: full time, on site
