What will you be doing?
To strengthen our enthusiastic team at the logistics heart of Budbee — our warehouse in Vianen — we’re looking for new Warehouse Employees!
With your hands-on attitude and team spirit, you'll help make sure that all packages are sorted and ready on time — whether they’re heading to other terminals or being delivered within the region.
About the role
You’ll work in our terminal, making sure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Together with your teammates, you’ll handle all packages with care and precision.
Tasks include unloading trucks, sorting parcels, and moving pallets.
Your work helps make thousands of customers happy every day!
What we offer
💰 Hourly salary of €14.71
🌙 Irregularity allowance:
• 35% extra for night shifts
• 50% extra on Saturdays
• 60% extra on Sundays
🎁 €500 signing bonus (paid after successfully completing your first 6 months with us)

🤝 Contract structure:
We start with a 0-hour contract for the first 3 months. If performance is strong and there’s a mutual fit, this will be converted into a fixed-hours contract with guaranteed hours and additional benefits, including 26 vacation days (based on full-time).
