Job Description
*Full-time role, Salary $80,000 - $85,000 per annum plus Super*
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play an integral role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently, while partnering with internal stakeholders across our campuses to provide responsive financial support and insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, staff expenses, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare payment runs and ensure supplier payments are made within agreed terms
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations, including bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and debtor follow-up
- Support campus managers and internal stakeholders with finance-related queries and reporting
- Assist with month-end processes, reporting, and other ad hoc finance activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within finance processes and systems
Qualifications
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer, or similar finance role within a high-volume environment
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Highly Desirable
- Previous experience working within the education or training sector
- Exposure to multi-campus or complex organisational environments
- Experience supporting month-end finance processes and reporting
