Marketing Associate - Events & Dealer Support

Lithionics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our events, dealer communications, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both logistics and creative project work.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination

• Plan and execute trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events
• Manage logistics (shipping, booth setup, vendors, signage)
• Support onsite event execution and post-event follow-up

Dealer & Sales Support

• Create and update presentations and marketing materials
• Maintain dealer portal content and documentation
• Support dealer communications and training coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or communications
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience with event logistics and vendor coordination
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation development
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Very detail oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset

Preferred

• Trade shows, dealer support, or B2B marketing experience
• Sales support or dealer communications experience
• B2B marketing in manufacturing, technology or related industries
