Community Support Specialist - Nebraska CCBHC

This position provides recovery-focused targeted case management and support services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness, including individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions.

The Community Support Specialist partners with individuals to support self-identified recovery goals, promote autonomy, wellness, and community participation, and reduce barriers to stability. The role emphasizes coordination, advocacy, engagement, and empowerment across behavioral health, substance use, and community support systems, requiring sound judgment, independent community-based work, and strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation: between $19.74 and $23.54 per hour (wage is determined by total years of relevant experience) Work Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
