Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

  • Develop product strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish scalable business models and define success metrics
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Product Development

  • Lead end-to-end development of platform capabilities including complex request workflows that involve balancing the needs of multiple parties/stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering to build secure, scalable infrastructure
  • Manage product backlog, balancing immediate needs with long-term scalability

Technology & User Experience

  • Define technical requirements for catalogue management, search, workflow automations, reports, and analytics
  • Oversee API and integration capabilities
  • Design seamless user experience with transparency features that support informed decision making

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate with business, operations, procurement, legal, finance, and IT teams
  • Engage business partners as early adopters and design collaborators
  • Communicate roadmap progress, key metrics, and business impact to leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • 10+ years in product management, including leadership experience with enterprise platforms or digital solutions

Preferred Experience

  • Experience building and scaling multi-stakeholder platforms with complex workflows
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and influence without authority across functions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
  • Experience building new products within large organizations or fast-paced growth environments
  • Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, AI-enabled document generations, and/or intelligent automation to enhance user experience and streamline workflows
  • Track record of coordinating supply-side onboarding with demand-side activation

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is

$177,000 - $292,600

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
