  • Scale Lab Marketing campaign and activities for the GP channel, in close collaboration with regional and commercial teams.
  • Continuously analyze, optimize, and simplify the onboarding journey for new GP customers, consolidating the most relevant steps, content, and enablement tools.
  • Partner with Clinical Education and Commercial Excellence teams to align onboarding content, training moments, and activation milestones.
  •  Track performance and adoption metrics across recruitment and onboarding initiatives, using insights to continuously refine programs and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure global strategies are adaptable, practical, and impactful in local markets.

  • Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive experience in global or regional marketing roles, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, dental, or life‑science industries.
  • Customer insight & strategy: Demonstrated experience building customer segmentations, translating insights into value propositions, and driving go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Campaign leadership: Proven ability to design and scale global marketing or recruitment campaigns with regional execution.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration: Strong track record of partnering with commercial, clinical, analytics, and regional teams in complex global organizations.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfort working with data and insights to inform decisions, optimize journeys, and measure impact.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams.
